Phandroid's New Look

I would have sworn I could collapse the left side menu on Chrome on a PC when the change was first made. I can't today.
It seems to care about window width. Wide enough and the navigation menu becomes a constant.

Just found that if you try to comment in the mobile Dolphin Browser, Disqus goes away, followed by the browser locking up. (Although, Dolphin isn't the greatest at Disqus to begin with.)

New look is OK, it does seem more 'modern' for lack of a better term.

On the Nexus 5 I'm using right now, on Google Fiber WiFi Firefox loads the desktop version in about 6-7 seconds and the mobile site a couple of ticks quicker. Not bad. Roughly the same on T-Mobile LTE.

Firefox also renders either version perfectly in landscape or portrait. Firefox is picky about stuff being standards-compliant. So I'm thinking someone did a nice job on the technical side of the site.

Looks good on Firefox 40 on my Linux box too.

Clear cache on your browser? :dontknow:

Already tried that.....dontknow either.

See it's just showing the headers and ads, no content. I've turned off all ad-blocks, just to make sure it's not that. It was OK before the changes, site always loaded everything quickly. Phandroid is now partially censored in China?
