Help Phantom App

I am trying to figure out where this app came from. It started out of the blue. If I missed a call, a popup would show up saying I had missed a call. It gave me the option of returning the call or ignoring it, or I could block the number. I loved it. Now it stopped popping up. I have No idea where it came from. I dont know if it is in another app I have or what. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I have go launcher and go contacts, but I dont think it came from them. I really want it back

Hello wyzird. I don't have that device, but it sounds like the app was either removed or overwritten by an update. Have you received an OTA or other system change lately? Or have you installed a GO Launcher update?

That sounds like it'd be a Go feature. Was there recently an update for it?
