Phantom sound file listed

My Notification Sound continues to be changed to the default upon every reboot, and I believe the problem is a phantom sound file (Any.Do Pop) listed in the Sounds dialog.

When I press this sound file, it simply plays my default notify sound. Plus, doing a complete search of my system, I cannot find the sound file anywhere. I also uninstalled Any.Do App and data files.

Is it possible that this sound file did in-fact, leave a phantom listing? If so, which system file may I edit to remove it?

Make a backup or copy of that Any.do file then delete it and check if you can change the default notification Sound in system settings

Thanks @SkyJackpot, though the problem is...there is no file to delete. After uninstalling the App, and removing any signs of Any.Do data, the sound file is still listed in the Sounds dialog.

That's why i say 'phantom' file, because I cannot find any physical file associated with the sound listed in the Sounds dialog. And, when I select this 'sound', it sounds like my default notify sound, so even the system can't recognize the sound file to be associated with it.

You're rooted so try to find the file in these locations

/system/media/audio/alarms
/system/media/audio/notifications
/system/media/audio/ringtones
/system/media/audio/ui

It seems like the Any.Do application has some issues with cleanup when uninstalling

Use sd maid available in the market.
It cleans residue left in system and on card, along with deleting "corpses" and duplicates, etc.

Thank you both, however, I cannot locate a file associated with this sound. I have done a complete search via Root Explorer, including 'hidden files', and have ran SD Maid. Please see link below. The sound file 'Any.Do Pop' does not appear to be associated with any physical file, anywhere on my system. I'm assuming the actual file name has at least 'any' in it, which was the basis of my search. Let me ask...how is the Sound dialog (shown in the linked-file) processed? as an experiment, I completely removed all notification sounds and respective folders from system and anything in sdcard. When I rebooted the phone, 'Any.Do Pop' was still listed. If this is an actual file, I have no idea where it is located. As it doesn't play any specific sound/tone, I keep coming back to a phantom entry in some system file. This file is what I need to find, so that I may edit it out.
