Help Phone acting funny

[Galaxy s6 edge]

My s6 edge has been acting really strange for the past week. It will start clicking objects on its own and sometimes wont let me type certain keys or it will type on its own and some times act like I'm swiping It does things that I don't tell it it does it on its own. Does anyone know whats going on? It all started when I hado a screen protector put on. I have restarted and factory reset as well

If a factory reset won't fix it, it's not a software issue. It's a hardware issue, most likely the digitizer. The digitizer is responsible for converting your touches into commands the phone understands. If that's the culprit, then the screen will have to be replaced.

Can you remove the screen protector that you added and see if the problem persists?
