Phone Activation

i have a verizon android lg phone that i bought from someone else and now i cant get past the activation screen.

Bring it into Verizon. They have to put that phone's serial number on your account. (If this was a sale from someone you don't know, he may have reported the phone stolen, so he gets your money and a new phone. Then, unless you can get him to call Verizon and tell them that it's not stolen, you have a paper weight.)
