Phone advice

Thank you in advance for any thoughts or answer.

I am up for a new phone through work, which currently uses Sprint. I am not sure what phone to get though I am thinking to wait until HTC EVO 3d comes out because it will be dual-core.

I was also asked which carrier I would consider switching to. Now it is not definite in anyway that they would switch my contract but I can hope.

So my two part contract is:
1) what phone would you get if you are stuck with Sprint? Wait for the 3d, some other option:

2) If you can pick a different phone on another carrier (at&t, verizon etc..) what phone would you get?

I am willing to wait a month or two for a phone that is due out, I do not want to be outdated that quickly but I of course know I will always be outdated 6-7 months later.

I'd be looking at the following for Sprint...

Nexus S 4G (About to launch and comes with Android 2.3, and will get future updates 1st cuz its googles phone)
HTC EVO 3D (Pretty obvious phone to consider, based on what I have found, it looks like a great high end device)
Samsung Epic 4G (If you decide you want a physical keyboard, and should probably get Android 2.3 at some point)

You can count out the Nexus S 4G, and Epic 4G if the dual core is a must have.

If I could pick a different phone from any carrier, I'd be looking at the Bionic, and the Atrix 4G.

I'd wait for the Evo 3D, but if I was switching carriers to T-Mobile I'd go for the Sensation.
