phone always heats up

hello how come every time i install extweaks my phone always heats up like burning like hell? the only thing i did is check the gentle_fair_sleepers and check BLN. and the rest is default. any idea why is heating up so bad?

What setting are you using, Battery, Default or Performance?

What ROM are you using it with?

Have you checked Settings > Applications > Running... to see which app's are running all the time, or shouldn't be running?

Which kernel are you using?

1.im only using the default one, i only have the free app. not the paid version.

2. im using uhlps neatrom lite by sale.

3. i did check settings-applications-running and i stop some of them.

4. im using siyah kernel 3.3.2

You can set the default for Siyah by going into Recovery > kernel specific options... if you do not have the ExTweaks Plus. Use the, "Remove all files in init'd folder", under those options prior to doing this.

I've not installed that ROM, for reasons I give here, but I don't see it being a problem.

Depending on what and how you stopped them, whatever they are, they will just start back up again and drain your battery. If they are app's or features that you do not use at all then you would be better off freezing them with Titanium Backup, as described in this handy, helpful, step-by-step, dummies guide for getting rid of bloatware, here. Please read it carefully!

Good! That too should not be a problem as it comes bundled with the NEAT, UHLPS, ROM.

All else fails, try un-installing ExTweaks and reboot your phone and re-install ExTweaks again and carefully re-do your settings and Save them.
