Phone and computer not recognizing USB

So , I have the Alcatel One Touch M'Pop and since there is no forum; I decided that I should post here. I have the phone plugged in to my laptop and nothing comes up on phone or the computer. Is there anyway to fix this problem? I just want to access my internal and SD card storage. If you guys could help me out, that would be awesome. Thanks!

You don't say what O/S system you have on the computer e.g Apple/Windows etc.

Check out the Alactel website support for USB drivers.

This may help,

Alcatel drivers download for Windows
but you need the USB drivers for,"Your" phone.

HTH :)

My apologies, I currently am borrowing a laptop with Windows Vista on it. (I know, completely outdated) I looked on the website and I found none of the drivers for this phone. When it is connected to USB, it just charges. Doesn't even show any signs of connecting so I don't know if it could be the phone or not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
