Help Phone and settings gone

I have a rooted phone with Eclipse and PBJ. Was working just fine for weeks. Yesterday I tried to make a phone call and I was unable to and got a message to restart the launcher. I did and still got the same message. Looked in the app drawer and the phone icon was missing. Tried to go into my settings and I got the same message and again, the icon was missing. I can no longer make a phone call or access any of my settings. I deleted Go Launcher and readded it...still nothing. What happened to make my phone delete these things and how can I readd them??

I am far from being an expert, but you better get to wiping and re-flashing your phone. Those are serious issues from the sounds of em. A phone without a phone app is a problem!

That is what I'd do, you would have it back up and running in 30 mins.

Thank you for answering. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do a factory reset and re-root the phone, but I guess that's what I'm going to have to do.
