Help phone app crashing

just wondering if anyone out there has the same problem as me...
Currently using a Bell locked Galaxy Note i717M
not rooted and never was, fully stock and locked

I have noticed that I need to reboot my phone almost everyday because the phone app crashed/crashes
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
currently using stock:

2.3.6
baseband - i717mugla2

I haven't did a factory reset yet, but I really don't want to...

Is the crash due to "process Android.phone.com has stopped unexpectedly?"
I used to get this daily. I did a factory reset a month ago and it has happen once since then.
Google this error and you'll see it's a common problem with Android OS!
I never has this crashing with my old BB!
I'm hoping that ICS will cure this issue.

yup, that's exactly what it says...
I never had this problem with my S2 or any other Android phone...
oh well, I guess factory reset is in the near future....
