phone back charging

ok i have my phone at 20% turned off charging i come back an hour later from it charging and its 5% i have used mulitple chargers i think it might be the battery becuase i just replaced the phone (lg lucid) please help

I would suggest to go into your carrier store and tell them the battery is faulty and they should, without charge, give you a new battery.
