Help Phone boots only into Recovery mode

Lurker
I have successfully rooted my Galaxy SII i9100T with Jelly Bean 4.1.2 (using ironass's most useful Guide), and then removed the yellow triangle with Triangle Away. I then attempted to install CyanogenMod CM11 M10 Android 4.4.4 KitKat firmware, but a problem with the file aborted the installation with Status 7. Since then booting the phone always goes straight to Recovery mode.

I have tried:
* wiping cache, dalvik cache and data in Recovery mode and then re-booting;
* powering it down and restarting the phone, including removing the battery to power it down;
* entering download mode and exiting from there using VolUp + Power;
* Re-rooting the phone (with Odin307) - which I think was successful because I received the "PASS" message, and the yellow triangle has returned.

None of these actions have made any difference: The phone is always re-entering Recovery mode.

I would appreciate any advice on next steps to get my phone back into use.

Hey tannguera,

What version recovery are you using? I suspect it is one that is not compatible with Kitkat.

You need a Kitkat compatible recovery to install CM11. Google"kitkat compatible CWM recovery i9100". When you find one, download and put the zip file on your SD card.
Boot into recovery and install the new recovery, then reboot back into recovery again and proceed with flashing the CM11 zip and Gapps.

Should solve your problems.

Cheers
