Phone bugging

If someone has had my phone could they have uploaded the ability to see everything I do on my phone. I.e. Emails and texting etc.?

There's nothing stopping someone from writing an app that can do that.

If you're suspicious about someone installing malware or spyware, I would suggest performing a factory reset on your phone. Keep in mind this will delete your apps and you will need to download them again from the play store. This will also delete your contacts, so be sure to back them up first. After this consider using an anti-virus program like Avast to help keep you safe from things like this.
