Phone calls cause camera flash to turn on

[Android Question]

after Samsung's recent software download for my S3, the camera flash comes on when the phone rings, or when getting a notification. I can see in the accessibility settings where this is an option, but my phone is showing the option is off

That's one of the standard 4.3 update bugs for the S3. You'll just have to wait until Samsung comes out with a fix.
