Phone Calls Issue

My phone is just some unknown brand that runs Android 6.0.1. I have this issue I don't know when because I don't make calls more often and the issue was they can't hear me on the other side... (Hello from the other side) and they only hear was a buzzing noise not my voice. The mic works perfectly fine on Facebook Messenger calls, video recording, sound recording and the other stuff but it just not work on phone calls but when I use a earphones with microphone they could hear me perfectly.. So I guess maybe the Noise Cancellation feature where my phone doesn't have a secondary mic and I don't know if I could disable it because I couldn't find it on phone settings. Rooting is not an option because it fails when I tried it on Kingoroot..

If your phone doesn't have a secondary mic then it shouldn't have noise cancellation in the first place.

Are you using a case? I've heard if problems with noise cancellation when a case covers the second mic (though if you don't have a second mic it shouldn't be that).
