I'm new to this smart phone, so need lots of help.
Is the phone suppose to be turned off to be able to charge it?:confused:
 
I am new to all of this. Need to take a class. I have had cell phones for a long time, but this is the first time I have had one that I can do so many things with.
I am a good typist, but with the texting, I need a new pair of smaller fingers.
