Phone charms!

Anyone a fan of cellphone charms?

I've seen on the back of the phone there's slits is that the speaker and if I put a charm on there will it block my microphone?

I suppose you could. The grill on the back cover does bump out a bit, giving you a tiny bit of room and the actual speaker grill is part of the phone, so it would protect the speaker from the string.

I'm such a girly girl when it comes to cellphone accessories! Haha I know majority of the member here are guys and cellphone straps are a def NO NO lol!

This is the one I'm considering getting :)

huh, i just realized that what these holes in the top of my Samsung protection cases are probably for. Thought originally it was for some sensor, but this makes more sense. That or a strap.

These are so cute!! but the phone is already big, I don't know if I should buy it or not, it will stand out too much >.<

I wasn't until you posted this--then I became curious. :D

I thought it was me. In the course of swapping batteries I felt that bump for the first time. Damn shame it took a month to notice that. I was prepared to buy a replacement thinking mine had a defect.

Pics when you attach it to your phone.

Lanyard holes. Looks like charms can be attached there too.

i LOVE cellphone charms! I used to not want a smartphone because I thought there wouldn't be a place to put them anymore :)

Those are some cute charms! I never use them though because I am always afraid that they will scratch my phone somehow.

In all my cases there's a hole in the upper right hand corner, just figured out I can put charms or a lanyard there haha!

No one is ever too old for charms! It shows your personality through it without saying anything :) I'll def post pics once I get my charms. I picked out quite a few haha

I don't even know what Win 8 charms are.

Basically they are shortcuts that are pulled up by swiping from the right edge of the screen, that let you access frequently used features and settings. I haven't actually used Win8, so I have no idea if that is something that would be useful on Android or if it just replicates already existing functionality, but that was the only thing that came to my mind when I read "charms" (well that, and magically delicious, but that's a different thread)
