Help Phone clock slows down! why?

my samsung galaxy s clock slows down by a few seconds every time i unlock my phone. after a few hrs it shows a few mins slower than before. why does this happen? is it just a problem with my phone or the software?

Have you selected "Use network provided values" in the clock settings?

Nope. I unchecked it but the clock is still slowing down.

hello markcm93, did you get your problem sorted as i have the similar problem. my galaxy s clock gose behind about 2 minutes everyday. I did upgrade mine to foroyo leeked version. please let me know if you have resolved your issue.( mohsin_75@hotmail.com)

In my smartphone the same thing happens.

Samsung Galaxy S with Froyo 2.2

When you disable the wireless and data connection, this does not happen again.
