Phone Connect

Just started to have this problem, Will place call the phone dials,I cannot hear anything on my end, connects but no sound on receiving side, have to do a full power off and it seems to work? any help!

Go to recovery clear cache and data/factory reset , this will remove any conflict with previous version and see if the problem fixed.
