I am not sure what happened but my RM shut off and wouldnt turn on. I see the green blinking light but nothing. I held down the power button.Nothing. I held down power and volume down and it turned on. Battery life was at 80%. What happened? Is there a way to do a reboot? thx

Not sure what you are asking. Power + vol down IS a reboot.
THat is precisely what I'm asking. I didn't know. I just got this phone on Monday. I have a Asus Transformer tablet with ICS, and on that thing, you reboot by doing power+volume down. But I didn't know if that was standard with all android devices or not. I held down the power, nothing. I held down the power with volume up...nothing. I powered on with the adapter plugged in...nothing. Then it suddenly came on. I didn't recall pushing the volume down at the same time.
