Help Phone dialer icon is missing

I'm trying to make voice calls on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 tablet but it seems to not have the phone dialer icon in it. I was able to get the code to unlock the sim for me to use a different carrier which works and I'm able to do text messages and everything eles but voice calls. Does anyone know why & a solution?

There are a lot of Dialer apps on the Play Store. The Tab 2 was not intended to be a phone "so that's a why" but hey if it works for you go for it. I also saw some videos on youtube about making calls on tablets but that's really not my thing. There may be a solution for you there but You'll still need a dialer app I think.
