Root phone does not charge

i have a problem with my phone,it does not charge,i dont think it is the battery,or the phones charger port,or the charger because i have 3batteries 2chargers and 2phones of the same kind,this is weird,i think it is an issue with the ROM or something because it says charging but never charges over 1%.i tried wiping battery stats through cwm but that didnt work.any suggestions?

not really sure yet. but am really curious about your problen. when your phone is chargin is phone turned on or off. have you charged it while phone was off turned off

Its the phone, how obvious is that.
Replace it, i bought a new $35 battery + Charger off metro ****ing pcs and my phone doesnt charge still.

its weird but i think its the rom,im going to try to reflash it,

Good luck with that, i flashed Stock EH02 But it charged in a certain position.
