My phone (Lenovo A850+) doesn't accept my password and doesn't give me an option to change it or enter with my gmail username. I don't have anything on the regular welcome screen except for the "Enter password" and I can enter it 5 times, wait for 30 seconds and get a new chance seemingly infinitely.
I visited a service center and they told me that apparently it is a virus so the only available solution is a factory reset but I don't want to lose my data. I also couldn't find another solution online that works for me and unfortunately I don't have the Android Manager app installed on my phone. Could you please tell me if there is another solution?
