Phone doesn't show missed calls

My phone will not show my missed calls in my notification bar. When I go to my recent calls shortcut, they show up, but when I miss a call it doesn't show up in my notification bar. Somebody please Help!

If you have any App like True Caller etc, Disable its Notification Access from below steps
GoTo > Setting > Sound & Notification > Notification Access > Disable

Hope it works for you
