Hi guys, I did something stupid. I'm also a newb here with Android as well. Here are the details:
-Rogers Galaxy S Captivate
-Flashed ATT 2.2 using the one-click package I found here
-Everything worked fine and dandy
-Decided to venture into custom roms ([ROM] [26.12.2010] Darky's v7.0 Gingerbread Edition ★ JPY ★ // [Video] How to upgrade - xda-developers)
-Couldn't install because it needed recovery 2e (or something like that)
-Searched around and found this [21.12.2010][CF-Root v1.3] JPH/K/6/M/A/O/U/X/Y - su+busybox+2e, CWM compat! - xda-developers
-Being an idiot, I randomly picked one of the files and tried to flash the kernel
Result.... I cannot boot up to anything. All I see is a phone connected to a PC on the screen. I cannot get into recovery but can get into download mode. This didn't help because I tried to reload ATT 2.2 again but it doesn't do anything.
What do I do now? Thanks!
