I've had my Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE almost since launch (15 months to be exact) and there's been nothing but problems. Today I noticed my phone was running really slow and struggling to turn on or charge. I know how to do a factory reset - I've cone it three tomes and the Sprint store has done it once - but my phone won't let me. I can only get to the settings once in about every 20 attempts and it thinks me trying to scroll down is either a tap or an attempt to set up Media Link. Help?
