Help Phone freezes in boot up

i just spent 5 hours of my day flashing my phone back to 2.1 then updating it and then i try to clear the dalvik cacha and it says "cant clear Dalvik Cache" what da efff
 
So what was done to fix the problem, as I am having this issue now and can't find solution anywhere. Flashing stock doesn't fix it.
