Help phone freezes our router

I was able to connect to other routers on my trip, but when I returned home and try to connect to our router, the phone connects, but it locks out the rest of our computers from the router. Any suggestions? And what other information do you need to help?

I have straight talk as my provider, missed seeing that.

My husband told me that the phone is taking the router's IP addresses and shuts out the other computers. We don't know why it is doing this.
