Phone Freezes Up!

Purchased my 3G Slide from Radio Shack and loved it for about 2 weeks. It has frozen up on me now 3 times. The only way to restart it is to remove the back cover, take out the battery and re-insert it. Called tmobile for the 3rd time, they are sending out a replacement. Is it tmobile or the phone?

It is a cheap rush job of a phone.

At the time T-mobile had no 2.x devices and they basically took the first one from HTC that the other carriers had no desire for due to its cheap feel and outdated processor.

Then they slapped that horrid UI (favs??) and we all fell for it.

and it's not an easy thing to do on this phone, so when you do do it, you feel better than others..
