Help Phone froze and restarted

i got a text then my phone froze then restarted itself, anything to worry about ?

i read somewhere that you should do a factory reset before using it, is that right? ive had a while

No need to do a factory reset, it's blank from the factory.

Probably just a glitch, happens every so often with Android devices. If it does it regularly, then it might be something to inquire with Verizon.

Mine just did the same thing. Not sure why it happened as this was the only time it ever did that.

A factory reset is one of the best things you can do for a new device prior to use. Doesn't matter that it's "new." It assures you're starting off on a clean slate.
