Help Phone froze then crashed now won't turn on

I've tried all the usual resetting methods for the Xperia S and no joy, contacted 02 and they're arranging a pickup. I was going to arrange a swap out for my screen error anyway but now got this to sort out too.

I'm tempted once i get the new/refurbished one to exchange it for something else, it's good and all but i'm a bit bored and with the little annoyances I've discovered want to try maybe a Windows phone? We'll see.

Hey Gabby! Long time no see. No this is my first original phone, didn't manage to swap it out first time due to some extreme *****ism from my local 02 store, haven't got it back yet, but from reading on XDA it may be a little while, great, I'm using the oldest Samsung P300 atm, it's really hard getting used to old school keys, the signal is terrible but the battery lasts 5 days!

How are you getting on with yours?
