Help phone gets hot

I have a battery widget that also displays the temperature of the battery. If I use my phone for a bit he temperature is like 95 degrees. Is this ok?
 
I'm assuming you're talking 95*F here, and if so it's fine. If on the other hand it's 95*C then it's very wrong indeed :eek:
