Help phone gets stuck on start screen at power up

hello, the other day i was sending a text and set the phone down. the start up HUAWEI screen popped on and now it wont go away. i went to cricket store and they tried to reset phone by holding up on vol and power same time. it wouldnt reset . ive pulled battery for few days and still when i turn on ig goes right to start screen and freezes. phone has never been dropped or has gotten wet. is the phone fried? or is there anyone who can help with this issue? any help would be greatly appreciated thank u.

Try doing a factory reset in the recovery menu. I don't know how to do it on your phone, but a google search should help you find that out.

May i ask why didn't you pay 20.00 @ the corporate store and just got a refurbished one.
