Help Phone getting slow!!!! Urgent help!!

Hello everyone ! I am using a Samsung Tab 3 (Sm-T111) Lite. When firstly i bought my Samsung it worked really good but now after 1 year is getting really slow. I tried to update my phone but nothing changed. Also i factory data reset it but its the same. Ram is always at 700Mb (90%). I know about the issues that samsung tab 3 have but if my tablet worked fine for almost a year it can work again as good as before. So , anyone know how to fix it ???

It's surprising that a factory data reset did not help. Did you immediately reinstall all your apps after resetting? If so, it's probably one of the apps. The easiest way to determine if that is indeed the cause is to boot into safe mode. Here are instructions for entering/exiting safe mode. You can skip the part about uninstalling 3rd-party apps, because in safe mode they won't be running… which is the whole point of this test. Things running faster in safe mode? If yes, reinstall your apps one by one and test responsiveness after each one. If it's an app, you'll eventually find it this way. Alternatively, you could install BetterBatteryStats and Wakelock Detector apps to get a handle on what is sucking up resources. You need to let either of these run for a period of time to get meaningful results (at least 8hrs, including some normal usage during that time). There is not necessarily a 1-to-1 relationship between resource usage and slowness, but if something unusual is going on, these apps will find it.

If nothing looks out of the ordinary, or the tab still runs slow in safe mode, then you may have a hardware problem.
