Help Phone has a mind of it's own!

Just got this phone 3 days ago. It didn't come with the ICS so updated and got it. This phone OFTEN clicks things that I did not even touch! It's the most frustrating thing I have ever encountered. At times my finger is not evn close to what it clicks on it's own. I'm sure this has been an issue with others but I can't seem to find a resolution on here for the issue. How do I fix this without doing a factory reset?

I would recommend doing the factory reset. But guess I am curious why so hesitant to do it. Long as you've been doing your contacts and apps with Gmail its going to be easy to reload everything.

First and last thing that you need to do is a factory reset. Clear out that old data and make way for the new.

How do you do your apps with google?

When you open the Play Store, hit the menu key and then my apps. If it doesn't already have a list showing some or all needing to be reinstalled then swipe the page to the right and you'll have a list of all the apps you've ever installed with that Gmail account. Definitely makes life easier. OfTheDamned is right..factory reset isn't what I meant. Been a long week.

Meh, don't waste your gas driving to the store all they are going to do is call tech support for you. Save yourself the gas and just call 611

Are you using the OEM MOtorola charger that came with it? Some people using non-OEM chargers have complained of screen issues.
