Phone has been frozen by provider please help

Hello i have galaxy s2 phone who i was in contract but went out of contract before ending contract then i tried to unlock phone but it will not due to either to many tries or provider blocking it is there any way or do i have to contact provider any help help be much apreciated cheers

Typically, the whole point of a contract is to keep either end from defaulting on it, which it appears you did... unless you can clarify what “went out of contract” means in your case. To the untrained ear, it sounds like you just stopped paying your bills.
