Hi there everyone, finally decided to try to get a bit of info on this issue that I've been having.
I'm using a nexus 5, got it sometime in October 2014 if that makes a difference. I believe it is up to date on system updates. It is unlocked and rooted (edit : actually unrooted the other day, didn't help this issue). Any other info just ask.
The problem I've been having is with the phone powering off while not using it, later I try to wake it and there is no response (no bootloader, power for 30 sec. etc.). What has worked is a connection to power (wall or computer) for a duration (over a few minutes to an hour?) until the charging background comes on, then powering on the device. This has been happening daily for the last week, today it has not been responding at all (no charging background etc.)
Seems my computer makes a little noise for connection when the phone is connected, although the phone has no response.
Anyone else have this problem and a fix? Considering backup and reinstall OS just to try.
