Right, might seem a bit long winded but bear with me.
Basically, I have a HTC Desire and it's dying a death whereby the battery isn't lasting and, to be honest, it's a reminder of a bad relationship. Other reasons include HTCs inexcusable treatment of the Desire as a handset by being unable to offer the software upgrades they should be able to.
I love Android, I prefer it over iOS and have an iPod Touch which is about as much iOS as I can handle. Apple doing good computers but that's as far as I'm willing to go to excuse them.
Anyway, recently got a new job and want to use the wages and the crap Desire as a way of getting hold of a new phone. I like my Desire and like HTC, however, I'm also tempted by Samsung.
What I want to know is if anyone can offer any advice or advocate a phone, available in the UK, that runs Android and is either produced by HTC or Samsung.
Any help would be excellent as I'm reading review after review and getting nowhere.
