Root Phone is bricked? Help

I am stuck in this situtation:
The Situation : You DO NOT want the ICS update, but you are rooted and have CWM installed.
The cause (1) : You are stuck in CWM and rebooting just puts you back into CWM. If you DO want the update, follow this solution.

I have the files in my SD card, but my phone does not recognize it. I am trying to put the files into my internal memory card by mounting through CWM, but it is not reading my phone.

Am I bricked forever?

:(

There is no internal memory card on the Spectrum. Get the files onto a working microSD card (go pick one up at walmart for like $10 with card reader) and they go thru the steps to get out of recovery and block the update.

I'm still using the stock card and have had no issues with it other than its full and I need more space.

Past performance is not a guarantee, with the extremely slight cost of storage why would you take the chance, especially considering that you've stated that you already require increased capacity?

I fully recommend buying a new card. I've personally had nothing but issues with the stock card with read/write errors. I've also tracked at least 3 people's nandroid issues down to the fact that they were using the stock memory card. It's also close to cybermonday, where memory cards will be dirt cheap. Go pick up a class 10 any size and you will be very happy with the performance increase. Especially on ICS with all the indexing that has to be done.
