I have a rooted prevail. Over the last few months my phone has been making me crazy.
Sometimes it turns completely off without me touching it (good charge on battery).
Sometimes when I try to do something, instead of opening the app, it shuts off.
And other times it simply responds super s l o w ..... Like I can hit the phone app, and it could take 20 to 30 seconds for the app to open. Or I can hit the number I want to dail and it could take over 40 seconds to respond.
Sometimes on the phone ringing, can not answer it. I swap the green phone logo, and it looks like I did it right, but the phone does not respond. Or in some cases it takes 3 or more ring before it responds to that swap.
And sometimes it works just fine.
I am sure it may have something to do with a program I added, or added and removed.
And also the phone deciding to do something on its own like updating something...
Is there a way to make the phone only do updates by a set time?
Help. I am trying to avoid re rooting it and starting over.
I did install titanium back up.
The crazy thing is it comes and goes.. But always act up when i need to make a fast call....
