I have this situation with my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, which I've had since Jan 2014, where phone operation will be OK and battery level will be quite high at first, and then I will Google something on the phone and shortly after results come up, the phone will suddenly reset and then the battery level will be critically low, and then it will restart again.
I had no problems with this when I first got the phone, but then I hardly ever browse the web on it, until last week when I needed to, and then the above happened. The above also happens now when I use a video player that I've been using for months beforehand without any problems.
I've ordered a replacement battery for the phone from Amazon, so I'm assuming that the battery can no longer hold its charge. And I've heard that the Google apps on Android are most likely to blame, but this battery drain happens instantly, and I'm surprised the present battery is not warped or anything.
Advice?
