Help Phone is not recognized by computer

Hello,
I wanted to setup my device for debugging but it is not recognized by my Windows 10 computer. It's charging but there is no connection notification... I have the latest samsung drivers installed and tried multiple cables. What could be the problem?

It's a Samsung galaxy s5 mini.

Have you enabled Developer Options and USB Debugging?
Also the default USB connection is Charge Only. When you connect to your PC with the phone screen unlocked, pull down on the drop down menu and you should see Options for the USB connection. Choose MTP.
