long story short i screwed up my phone. it has been factory reset however i have no file browser no internet browser no way to install programs, cant access the sd card...is there anyway to flash this from my computer via android sdk or somthing? or anyway to install apps to the phone via android sdk or some other app from the computer? im dual booting ubuntu and windows 7.

just grab everything from there
then you can force your phone into sw upgrade and put a fresh unrooted stock rom on
and im assuming you have and know how to use lgnpst...rite...lol
