Phone is sending SMS by itself

I also suffering from same problem I am using galaxy S4 . and I got charged for $0.20 ea text. Can you please tell me why and how do I stop it? please replay m waiting....!

Not offhand. The content of the message means nothing to me, and I've not been able to find much out for that number (beyond the fact that it could be an Indian number, but given who your carrier is that wouldn't be surprising). One "who called me" type site identifies it as a scammer, but since it gives no details I can't say whether that is accurate or what this identification is based on.

What apps did you find with the ability to write or send SMS?

By the way I think Thom's question about where you got the phone from meant was this bought new or has it had a previous owner.
