Help Phone keeps downloading the same file.

[Paintcharge]

It's actually a photo I took with the phone and sent to two friends. I'll get around 40 copies overnight. Even factory resetting the phone did nothing. Am unable to clear the cache in the download app. I can't seem to find the file in any of my online sharing locations- dropbox/onedrive etc.

Thanks for any help.

HTC 8 with AT&T bloatware if it makes any difference.

Reboot in safe mode and see if you can then clear the cache
