Help Phone keeps losing connection

My phone keeps losing it's mobile network connection. Usually mid-call but sometimes I check it and it has no connection. When there is no connection there is no SIM data in the settings menu. Sometimes it comes back sometimes it needs a restart.

I'm running xxlpi neatrom lite, siyah 4.1.4 and jkay mods. I've tried reflashing the modem and ril but it hasn't helped. It was an orange branded phone and is still on orange (ee).

So I'm looking for some advice before I go ask for a new SIM to see if that fixes it and if not exchange the phone.

I have had this with my first phone, a HTC Wildfire. It was ok after cleaning the contacts of the sim card. Might be wirth a shot...

It's because of siyah v4.xxx. Use dorimanx 5.92 or newer siyah. if you do an search on xda a lot of info appear.
