Help phone keeps restarting and has a x by my data bars

So my phone keeps restarting and once it loads up it has a x by the data bars. if i click on data is says data networked blocked. i did root my phone a few months back but then unrooted it but still had super user stuck on phone. had no problems until recently vm had my account update and i believe that was the core of my problems. it auto updated it and everything was fine for a few days until my my phone froze and i restarded it then this happens. i managed to get it back working after numerous restart but then my phone froze again and the same thing. i tried factory resetting it but has not helped but now i have no data bars on top and but if i click data still says data network blocked. the on off button is very slow now takes a few seconds for the screen to shut off and or go back on. phone seems very slow to when i touch the screen. when i go to the network screen it is just blank then goes back to the home screen. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

U rooted do u have a recovery in stalled do u have a back up?

i do not unfortunately. i didn't believe i needed to since i unrooted it a week later and never messed around with the phone. i was scared i would mess up somehow by rooting it since i am not the most tec savy. i guess it bite me in the ass.

Only way now I think is the in brick kit or u can turn off the phone pull battery unplug charger to try to turn on phone with bat out and charger not plunged in then put bat back in and plug charger back then see what happens ok

nothing and i noticed under about a phone in settings i can not access network, phone identity, and hardware information. not sure if that means anything to anyone.
