Help Phone keeps restarting Samsung galaxy s3

How do i do this anyway on my computer i don't use my google account on YouTube i just watch videos without logging in

How exactly would that be possible on your phone as well?
It's not an infinite black hole for data storage & even Google's resources are limited,albeit vast.
Your best/easiest bet is to open/use a Google/You-Tube account.

I'm guessing there's other options while not having an account,can't help ya there,perhaps someone else has some ideas.........................
