I have installed the new software update on my phone today. and ever since then , my phone became stuck in some kind of a restart loop where it keeps restarting even in idle state ever 1 to 3 minutes !
Please help ! I'm new to this technical stuff ! never had such issues before with my note. I also notice my phone/battery heating up as well ! i don't want to lose my data !
