Help Phone keeps turning itself back on

Hi,

For some reason whenever I turn my phone off it turns it self back.
Immediately as it has shut down it comes back on, the only way I can keep the phone turned off is to remove the battery.

I have just done a factory reset and it still does it.

Any ideas?
